Tube tire packing
The company Bohle, known by its brand name Schwalbe, manufactures
high quality bicycle tires. Its large range of products is not only
meant for cyclists, who simply ride for fun, but as well for world
class racers e.g. of the Gerolsteiner team. Since many years, the
Gerolsteiner team has been using our products and can vouch for
their high-quality.
Task:
It started with a new product. The traditional packing just couldn’t
be used for it, since the tires had to be folded several times to
fit in it. The newly designed and innovative product from Ralf Bohle
required that the tire remained flat and would not be damaged as a
result of folding it in a box. Besides, the packing should be also
attractive to improve the presentation of the product and thereby
its sale. To design a packing conforming to these requirements was
the challenge for Ralf Bohle and his partner company Peters. |
